Tuscan leather is good, projects well. D&G the one is one of my favorite scents but the performance is sub par
ADG absolu is another good one, been wearing it since its been warmer lately.

Have been using this based on the sheer positive reviews:

Yves Saint Laurent La Nuit De L'Homme

... and while it smells good, I don’t find as good as the reviews state, nor have I received any positive remarks on it, or negative for that matter. It’s a sweet floral scent.

Can anyone recommend something with a bit more ‘manly’ smell, ie. Sandal wood, oak, wood smell, tobacco with hint of sweet like vanilla or something. Something with staying power.

Different people just have different taste. Even after my enire journey, I still find la nuit to be one of the sexiest smelling...but I enjoy metro/unisex style.

If you want a more manly version of la nuit, I highly suggest Ch Men Prive. It's spicier and less sweet than la nuit. More of a bad boy vibe. notes: whiskey accords, black leather, grapefruit, pomelo, frozen lavender, sage, red thyme and cardamom.

If you want something with a la nuit vibe but stronger and manlier I suggest Victor and Rolf Spicebomb. Notes are: Bergamot, Grapefruit, Cinnamon Leaf, Pink Pepper, Lavandin, Chilli, Saffron, Elemi, Vetiver, Balsam Fir, Tobacco Accord, White Leather Accord.

Spicebomb is an amazing daily driver fragrance for the winter months. I’d also recommend Tom Ford oud fleur but it doesn’t last long.

Almost sold this one a few times, but I’m glad I didn’t. It’s great dumb reach for the summer.

Its really good stuff with excellent performance. I think it gets unfairly tagged as a clone when its a good frag in its own rights. One note in it bothered me and i never got a bottle after i sampled it, but it got compliments for sure.

I've been hearing praise for Sultan Pasha attars for the longest time, but I've always been actively pursuing a Roja or an Areej to purchase. Now that I've been coasting a few months I've decided to pull the trigger on his sample pack. 30 attars to test for $80.
