Mugler A*Men Pure Tonka

Another one that's been brutally reformulated since the first release batch. It was so intense off the skin, I had got the Macy's rep girl to make me a decant, and I already know her p**sy was so teased for the duration of her shift. She had got it all over her fingers with how hard the A*Men bottle are to spray decant.

It reminds me a lot of my life now—for what should be available to enjoy—and the most I can seem to get out of it.

Punishing, yet still comforting I guess. It's still better than nothing.

Maison Francis Kurkdjian: Has a difficult time making masculine frags but has some amazing offerings: 540 Extrait, Oud Edp/Extrait, Oud Silk Mood

Byredo: Cool stuff in general - Bal D'Afrique, Gypsy Water, Unnamed, Eleventh Hour

There other stuff that i can't remember at the moment but i think those are the mainmain ones the majority of people mess with

Context: ******** isn't real life to me. The only reason i have it really is to find deals on frags. Now that my collection is robust to my liking, i've reverted to rudimentary levels of trolling. The performance on Manceras are beast mode, and they do have some interesting creations but i'm not a fan of the chemical opening on a lot of them.

Still not sure what to make of it. It smells like a non metallic fruitier version of Silver Mountain Water, however, unless the bottle i have is a fake, the performance is abysmal. Which would be the first for me from a Mancera/montale. It smells really good while it lasts though. I also stay away from Montales, they ones ive smelled are too strong, i do want to check out Honey Aoud and the coffee one people seem to like (i think intense cafe)

Spirito Fiorentino took a swing at a masculine 540 Extrait. It was "nice" but the quality and dry down isn't all that agreeable. Mancera tried a 540 EdP spinoff with "instant crush" but i personally think mancera's quality in general is barely more than designer.

Considering all that, the only houses that I think could make a proper 540 spinoff (at least in regards to quality) are Memo, Byredo, and PdM. Let's pray to god Roja doesn't try it or we'll all be homeless...

edit: Actually i think that's just his amber aoud which is hnnng as fuk

a poor performance mancera is like a synthetic smelling roja. mind nuked. I have a bit of experience of mancera but little to none with montale. I've got a 1ml decant haul arriving in the mail in the next hour. Should be fun

I'm looking for samples on luckyscent and they dont have Amber Aoud so I'm slightly irritated. They only have Saudi Arabia though. I may pick up that, a couple from MFK, Byredo, Kilian and PDM. I'll see how it goes.

Could be your more tropical climate too. I can't really imagine how it would perform there. Up here though... it's just hella sensual. Dinner date, latin dance club, or wine lounge date.
