So I got a bowflex pr1000 for Christmas and I need a little bit of help. My main goal is to drop some lbs and tone up my abs, chest and arms. I know I can’t achieve a absolute “meathead” physique with this machine but very confident that I can lose weight and tone up before summer arrives.
I 17 years old and currently weight 207 lbs and I’m 6ft. I’m an endomorph as I have a pretty broad build. My goal weight is 175.
I’ve calculated my macros for cutting fat and I’m going to be eating 1800 calories a day. The main macro I focus is protein. I keep my carbs below 70 and when I’m not hungry I simply do not eat.
Only problem is every where I look I can not find a bowflex pr1000 workout routine. I need to find some kind of app or a chart of some sort that has all the workouts to perform and how many reps to do of a certain excercise.
Will add pictures and anything else needed upon request. All reply’s are appreciated TONS!
