    Competition tan

This is probably a random question, I will be competing. Would tan cover stretch marks? And are stretch marks frowned upon in comps? I’ve got them around my hips and thighs and it’s one thing that puts me off getting on stage!

For the most part tan covers stretch marks fairly well. I have some relatively severe ones and they aren't overly noticeable on stage. I'd just make sure you opt for the professional tan that any show has available because for the most part they're pros and have seen it all. They could always use a thin coat of concealer or some other agent to darken them up.

Excellent, thanks for the reply, I’ll question my coach about it too!

There's a product called Dermablend which is used for covering up scars, tattoos etc etc.
