    Lean Bulk Help

    So My First Week Into My Lean Bulk Eating Around 2600-2700 Calories A Day I Have Gone From 65.7KG To 66.4KG (Weighed Myself Thursday Morning). Is This too much weight gain or okay?

    When starting a bulk, it's not uncommon to initially gain 3-5 pounds of water. Ignore the first 10 days or so, then aim for a 2 pounds-per-month gain.
