45 minutes posing.. dying of hunger at 10am. Had to have shake first before posing.. Pushed it to limit. In terms of time.
Not home till 11.15am
2pm Logan appointment on time: 3.75mm.. all abs. Lower back and Subscap.. Wanted 6 to 7mm... Says can see Subcut breaking up the fat.
Still 40mm not good this far out. Adjust diet.. lose banana and post workout shake. Make Freedom cereals into 2 only ingredients. With water..
Logan saved me with helping out financially. As $5000 plus out of pocket from no work in January. otherwise prep be over.

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
