    Sunday: same leg workout as last week: Just with more arm pain.

    Arm was agony all night after training Back.. really bad. Not as bad as Thursday night.. 12/10 then... 8/10 tonight.

    No cardio today.. Early doctors appointment. Never made it before or after.

    Went up forest first. To get the Black soft eared Mountain Possum.. Could not find it. Took multiple walks.

    Then met Christine on the way out. Who was super lovely.. We talked till dark!

    Found Short earned Mountain Black Possum. Was so cute. Buried it. Then came back on Wednesday and brought it home and buried on Thursday. Met Christine on Wednesday. Super lovely woman and we talked till dark.


    Monday: Xrays and Ultrasound SHoulder. Wednesday: Doctor appointment. Find out torn Supraspinatus tendon in two. Only option is surgery.

    6 weeks in a sling: Months of recovery.. Or deal with it and maybe not lift heavy again. Also booked in for ink in wrist to investigate heart issue. No one told me had to go.
    5 free visits with Physio covered by Medicare: 1 hour with Angela on Friday: Huge range of movement now. Dry needling. Knot in middle of neck is really full on.

    This week arm feels better when sleeping. Usually roll on to it=pain.
