Monday: Shoulders: No cardio:: Missed Sunday Legs.
Sunday: Never made it to Leg workout... Back not sore. Just slack not going.. Not even that hot.
35 mins Treadmill+15 min walking.. ALso 4 weeks post show posing for 20 minutes.. Legs have cuts in them.. Back and abs lost detail. But still looking lean but really full.
Loving the posing. Could not stop. Thought entered my head maybe should do October shows.. 20th is Nationals in Melbourne.
28 weeks till then.. Should be a week before for Brisbane show. So could say 7 weeks till 20 weeks+4 weeks to 16 weeks

Venmans national park walk: 57 minutes. 4.5km Only one stream full.. Amazed after so much rain. that actual Tingalpa creek Not changed. Still dry creek beds.

Thursday: Hamstrings > sACriledge.. Never workout on Thursdays.
No cardio for 3 days. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Quads too sore.
Quads 15/10 Agony on Wednesday.. Knee's would not work.. Whole day of absolute agony.. Walk to shops at night.. With knee's giving out.

no choice with public holiday on Thursday.

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
