The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Sunday: 1 hour posing Goodlife: Week 3 Y3T Legs
Awesome sleep.. After being shattered from Back workout.. combined with soreness from Friday's Chest too!
9.15 up Ruth and Tim over.. Get ready and wait till they leave. Which is my normal leaving time anyway. 11.30
35 min Treadmill..plus walking to and from adds 15 minutes.
Posing yesterday was awful. In terms of none of pictures taken were any good.
Today! I could not stop: Compulsory turns. Then went through poses.. Trying to get photo's without flash on.. Make up a routine and it not record. Have to do in silence as cannot run 2 apps at once.
Set timer for 2 minutes
Pose. Try to get a flow of moves.. Hard on the fly.. Once know what to do. Can refine and make better. Also if music was playing. To know whe to transition.
End up posing till battery on phone almost flat 1.30pm :O.. Protein shake before leaving.. But still not in complete agony from being fasted.
Brutal hot day. Translated to Brutal hot gym.. Made workout that much harder.
Figured 8.15-9.00pm all done.. THEN Courtney was here.. Finally Not see her since 12 weeks out.. so 5 weeks ago.
We could not stop talking Comp prep and find out.. Her coach is overseas and does not do regular caliper check ins.. Plus no real fasted cardio.
WOW.. Showed her how I can help and she took my phone to msg herself,so we can talk later in the week. Rad!
Steven came and added to discussion which was perfect timing.
Lost will to start.. Luckily the doors were open till 9.45pm.. Past half way of workout to offer some relief.
