Blokk Reviewing Kaged Pre-Kaged

Big thanks to KM for this Christmas gift.

Profile seems solid to me. L-Citrulline is dosed very well (6.5g). When choosing a pre, citrulline is a must have ingredient for me. Usually try to hit 4-5g l-cit for good pumps, so extra grams are only a plus. BCAA are dosed well, but TBH I don't care about that 1.6g of Beta Alanine didn't give me any tingles. As for Coconut water extract - As far as I know it' good for hydration. Creatine HCl - acutely it won't have any effects. BIG THANKS FOR NOT PUTTING THEANINE INTO IT. 275mg of caffeine is perfect spot for me. Usually use 250-350mg.

What I like in this formula - citrulline, whole neurofocus matrix, coconut extract, capsimax
What I don't care - everything else.


Flavor - 8.5/10 (Orange Krush) This is the second flavor I've tried. Fruit punch was okay, just like most fruit punch flavored pres out there. Orange krush was more like juice (especially the color), but with light aftertaste. Overall I liked it more, then fruit punch.


Mixability - Great No residues or floaters


Energy & Focus - 7.5/10 It's not a stim bomb. Energy was lacking, but focus was noticeable. It would be perfect for evening workouts or someone who doesn't need tons if stimz, like mr. hyde etc.


Pumps - Awesome This is the strongest part of pre-kaged. Pumps & vascularity were increased. Would only like to see glycerol added to it. Citrulline is numero uno for pumps for me.

Appreciate the balanced, thoughtful review! Agree on the stim part, it has enough but isn't going to blow your socks off. The focus/pumps are great though.

As for flavors, I have to say currently my favorite is Berry Blast. Sweet but also tart and very berry-y .

Thanks. Yeah it's mostly a strong focus/pump aspect. Although energy is lacking, you can always fix that with monster

Great review. I'm pretty happy with the caffeine content. In fact, I wouldn't mind if it were a little lower. I don't like a lot of extra caffeine, especially if I have a coffee in the morning.

Caffeine is okay, but I'm really happy there's no theanine in it.

That's why PK delivers better energy than some pre's that have more caffeine but they
ruin it with too much L-Theainie. I like the energy from PK and it's great for the days
when you don't wanna go over 300mg of caffeine and pumps,power,and performance
are always SOLID! I personally love all the flavors that I've tried cause their unique
and strong so plenty of water can be used which I like before I train.

Perfect for my shoulder/legs day I've only tried 2 flavors and they did a great job with orange krush, except for an aftertaste.
