    Marriage in 6 weeks, best workout regime please?

    I've been going to the gym since 5 months now, not very consistent in between, but I've been sticking to my workouts religiously for the last two months or so.
    I have my wedding in 6 weeks and I'm looking to gain some muscle and lose some body fat. The thing is that I'm not seeing good gains in my lifting capabilities. For example, it's been a month and I'm still stuck at 90LB bench press which I can barely do. It's just very disappointing.
    Following are my current stats-
    weight- 154LB
    diet - around 2500 cal on workout days (150g protein/200g carbs/100g fat) and 2100 cal on rest days (150g protein/150g carbs/80g fat)
    workout -
    Monday- chest and tricep
    Wednesday- back, core and bicep
    Friday- shoulder and legs

    So, for the next 6 weeks, I've come up with the following plan -
    Monday - Chest and tricep (3 sets * 8-10 reps)
    Tuesday - Back, core and bicep (3 sets * 8-10 reps)
    Wednesday - Shoulder and legs (3 sets * 8-10 reps)
    Thursday - Chest and tricep (5 sets * 5 reps)
    Friday - Back, core and bicep (5 sets * 5 reps)
    Saturday - Shoulder and legs (5 sets * 5 reps)

    Please let me know what do you guys think about this plan and also please let me know how can I improve my size specifically my chest which looks tiny.

    Go for frequency. Do 3 full body workouts per week. Anything in the stickies.

    You cannot gain muscle in that time.
    Just cut hard for 6 weeks, with 3x fullbody a week (1 hour) and do cardio on off-days. Go to 2200kcal and eat lot's of veggies. Make sure your suit is adjusted to you losing 6-10 pounds.

    Get a time machine, go back at least a year, and put your workout plan in action then.

    Best case scenario is you lose a few pounds of fat and don't lose any muscle in the process. Getting a good physique takes a lot longer than 6 weeks. Good luck with the wedding!
