I have a quick question?
so when I’m counting macros do the proteins in carbs and fats count towards my protein goal? Because I know that oats and rice show they have protein? Or should I get my proteins from meat first then reach my carbs and fat goal?
Whenever I calculate the carbs and fats I’m getting around 40-50g of protein from them? Just wondering if I’m doing this right lol?

Of course you do; you count every macro that enters your mouth; doesn't mater where it comes from
The question of whether to get your protein from which source is another story and kinda depends on whether you are bulking or cutting.
Why I say that is, when I cut, I only have about a 1700 calorie bank to spend (you can look at it like money to spend for the day)
I prefer to keep proteins high, especialy when I cut; I want to get the best bang for my buck so I spend the bulk of my calories on protein sources (still counting the carbs that source has) until I get 1g protein per body pound. Then I spend the rest on carb/fat sources.
And that's why people cut out carbs when they cut; not that carbs are bad, but if you only have a limited amount of calories to spend for the day, you want to spend it on protein first and carb/fats last2017 OCB Men's Physique Open 4th place
