5'7 170 last I weighed should be around high to mid 160's now. Don't really have a goal weight and not taking this cut super serious at the moment, main goal is just to get lean enough to comfortably bulk hard from july through feb
but at that chit stage where my legs are leaning out and upper body isn't moving so just look like a depleted sack of chitOfficial LTC representative

I actually don't think that much of bagels; a loaf of real bread made by an actual baker (not that pre-sliced rubbish, or, probably, the stuff which I'm told is available in the US) is a much bigger temptation. I only go for bagels when cutting because I can buy them in packets and the macros are printed on said packets.

I do the low carb thing every now and then, but its easier just to eat under maintenance. I hardly ever eat breads or pasta though. My carbs come mostly from eating oats in the morning and a sweet potato at lunch. In addition, eating enough healthy fats will aid in offseting the negative effects of any excessive carbs.

Shredded bros, how do you modify training intensity and volume during a lengthy cut? I made this account when I was hovering close to 300 pounds, a year later I hit 150, albeit with 0 muscle mass. Every time I go into a deficit and try to sustain intensity and volume I end up fukking myself up in some way shape or form and I want to avoid that this time around. I'm close to seeing my abs for the first time in my 30 years of life and dont want to get sidelined due to a dumbass injury.

holy chit that's incredible, start training abs directly and they'll come out way sooner than if you ignore them.
training is no different other than you wont be able to have the same intensity but keeping it up as much as possible is important. just be more careful about any naggings pains, your body won't recover as well and if something feels off better safe than sorry, ive fcked up a lot of chit being stubbornOfficial LTC representative

This year I will try to put 1-2 kilos of muscle mass to reach 72kg and would love to up my deadlift to 200kg (so +15kg on my 1RM), my squat to 160-165 kg (+10-15kg on my current 1RM), my BP to 130kg (+10kg to my current 1RM) and my OHP to around 70-75 (+5-10kg on my current 1RM).
Managing to run my 10km at around 45' min would be nice too but maybe not for this year.
Bodybuilding wise if I could up a bit my laggin arms that would be great haha
