Changing physically is always a positive the only thing that seems fake is when people try and force different personalities onto themselves. Some people are more charismatic than others. Same way people can see someone faking a smile etc.
No one at 500lbs is attractive and no one at an obese weight ever "likes how they look" regardless of what they say lmao. Seen that chit 1000 times but eventually they all break and try to improve their physical features. If there was a magic button that turned a woman from Xxx weight to a healthy weight they'd all hit it, that big is beautiful and fat model chit is bs. Everyone gotta cope somehow and humans are amazing at coping.
That being said Genetics are a big part about it. Not everyone can be a movie star or super model and idk why everyone shouldn't just agree. Not everyone is outgoing but at least you can train that part. But one thing is for sure, everyone can be in shape and have a good body unless a serious illness.
Like look at this person as an example, he lists being fat as something he can't escape. He has transcended laws of thermodynamics because he breathes air and gains weight. He just needs to eat less and he will for sure lose weight but he doesn't even have self control to do it. He has been crying about his weight for years now and doesn't do jack chit about it. I can wake up tomorrow at 400lbs and would cut down to below 250 before him.Last edited by TommyRO; 12-30-2018 at 02:39 PM.

Wait a few years. As competition gets stiffer and as more and more people succumb to severe depression, you will see more suicides and murders. The number of incels is growing dramatically. It is similar to the hikikomori phenomenon in Japan, but the difference is that the stigma of being incel in America is much higher, and the US has easy access to weapons. The result is a social disaster.
This is all a symptom of another, more severe economic issue: income inequality and the reduction of purchasing power by the average person. It is getting more and more difficult to have enough resources to care for a family. People are getting angrier and more bitter about it. I fully expect violent revolutions in the future. I am no fan of socialism. I think it's a blight upon the world. Sadly, it's bound to happen at this rate.
Incidentally, we are also racing toward potential nuclear crises as well. And the Earth has about 8 billion people now. lmfao
Human life in 50 years is going to be incredibly depressing and miserable.Last edited by wincel; 12-30-2018 at 02:46 PM.

Couple all of this with the corporate takeover of the US government and we have a bleak future. I think in ~20-30 years there won't be many lines between the few massive corps that control everything and the government. I'm very pro capitalism but this is heading towards the same **** that people wanted to escape in England - the never ending rule of the elites and the massive corruption that comes with not being held accountable.

1) Scarcity (This is really the true source of many of the issues our society faces. Overpopulation and competition are making life harder for everyone. This is leading to resource and environmental issues as well.)
2) Overspecialization (Things have gotten so detailed and sophisticated that your entire lot in life is to specialize in one very specific thing and become a cog in a giant, complex machine. You essentially lose that sense of freedom and worth.)
3) Economic inefficiency (We have seen almost every industry dominated by a few, powerful firms. Income inequality is very high, and our markets hang by a thread.)
If I had to add more, I would argue that sexual liberalism and cultural influence from the media has caused people to live lives in a way that is making them depressed, greedy, and unhappy. It is causing families to become unstable. However, the real source of a lot of this misery is the rising cost to sustain a family. Social media, Hollywood, etc certainly doesn't help because it forces people to feel inadequate, but the more serious issue is really the scarcity and inefficiency situations causing financial problems for the vast majority of people. Most marriages end due to financial issues. This is the real source of the problem. It isn't Chad, Stacy, or w/e else. It's that we are racing head on off a cliff as a species.

Why don't you purge yourself, *******.
Read my sig you moron. I am and have been working on it, but I've been stuck for like 2 months despite consistently increasing my exercise levels, and decreasing my food intake. This is what happens literally every time I try to lose weight, which is why I'm fukcing discouraged by it.
I'm glad diet and exercise actually work for you beyond a certain point. I've had the same problem for decades, and nothing works. I never claimed to "defy thermodynamics". So tired of Miscology with this crap. I simply stated the facts: I eat less, exercise more, and don't lose weight beyond a certain point (which is usually around 300lbs)."That boulder is too large. I could lift a smaller one."

This is why I spoke of "absent fathers"; they may be physically present but not emotionally. It's why I spoke of how in the past most fathers stayed at home - not a "Mr Mum" situation, but their work was at home, being farmers and shopkeepers and artisans and so on. Children got to see their fathers doing work - and the kids worked, too - and dealing productively with other adults. Communities were smaller so there were less criminals - swipe one nail from someone and everyone heard about it and shunned you.
Now, obviously there were many bad things, such as more overt racism, prison for homosexuality, and so on. But what we can do as individuals is learn the lessons of the past and try to take the good from them.
For example, if you do get married, be a decent husband and father, and try to get some work at home, or close to it. Involve your children in it at a small level - they learn about work and money. Always treat your wife with respect and love, most especially in front of your children. If your marriage does break up, remain an involved father, and keep treating your ex with respect, don't badmouth her to the kids. The way most of the Misc speaks of women it's no surprise when they turn out to be single.
If you're not married then somewhere in your extended family or social circle will be people with children. Spend time with them, and by your personal example be hardworking, respectful, all that good stuff. Speaking from experience: when you spend less time focusing on how shtty your life is and more time trying to improve other people's lives, you become happier.
Note that I'm not talking about being a "Chad", CEO $10k/day, "getting 10/10s" or any of that nonsense. Just be someone other people will respect for trying to improve his life. Thoreau again:
"However mean your life is, meet and live it; do not shun it and call it hard names. It is not so bad as you are. It looks poorest when you are richest. The fault-finder will find faults even in paradise. Love your life, poor as it is."

Are you under the impression I don't know You? Do you count calories? Do you measure your food? Do you log everything you eat? What is your TDEE?
If you aren't losing weight it's simple, eat even less. If you did all the above you'd lose weight. I do everything I stated. I count calories. I weigh all my food and log it in. I have a spreadsheet that tracks my TDEE and I know what to eat to lose weight. At this point takes no time and just a habit. Obviously you'll come back with a response that it's too hard to do all that or w.e
everyone and I mean everyone underestimates what they eat especially when they exercise more(people always feel more hungry).****Bringing sixy back in 2019****

Bingo. You correctly identify the oligarchy in America. Ironically, it is the massive corruption in our government which is driving young people's ideologies even farther left. It is seemingly reasonable and easier for a young person growing up in America to believe that the state should take care of them.
Speak for yourself. In fact, why don't you expand on how men in America can solve their problems by getting laid? I'll wait.

I understand their anti-government stance but what I don't understand is why so many of them think some communist/socialist system will be better. All that will do is expand the power of the corrupt and strip rights from individuals. The freedom and strength of the individual is what initially made america great. Strip that away and we basically become another russia.

I definitely agree with that. I've been working on that myself.

They will believe whatever they want to believe. I just said what I thought was true and why I believed it. I have yet to see a good argument against what I said, and none of them ever answered my question about whether zygotes have souls.

Correct, American values are what made America great. Young individuals are especially perceptible because 1) They lack the proper education and experience, they are indoctrinated from the beginning. 2) They do not take personal responsibility because they do not feel a connection with American values which are responsible for much of the great wealth in this country. E.g., they are on the wrong side of divide and become emotionally involved with -isms like communism and socialism.
I haven't spent a great deal of time thinking about this subject, but that's what I have so far. However, I have much faith in our President and reserve optimism for our country's future.
I would also suggest a new connection between individual and ideology: Their capacity for shame. Take for example the poster boy for leftism. A lack of healthy shame masquerading as self-righteousness and self-esteem. And a great deal of unhealthy shame towards their country and their personal lives. Even their identities.
Of course, I do not believe that these individuals know this or willingly descend into poverty of mind and poverty of morals. It is a systematic degradation of our American and personal values.

12-30-2018, 03:41 PM #447READ THIS: You know how your Visa gift cards usually end up with $0.63 left on them, so then you carry them around for months before you eventually just throw them away? Well, Tarck's here to tell you that most charities have a PayPal link on their website where you can quickly donate that balance (even if you don't have a PayPal account). It only takes a moment and it beats literally throwing money away. Thanks for your time; we now return to your regularly scheduled cuckold and FA threads.

I don't think the president matters much anymore. The people cutting the checks for who they want to run for office are the real ones in power, and that isn't likely to change for the better. The only way out of that is to find either a cheaper way to run a campaign or actually limit the cost somehow, but other than social media I can't see how it's possible.
