Coming in this week with an increase of 0.1 for my average weigh in. There was two days during this week where I went over my macros and one of those days was very bad because I went out the night before and was drinking. I actually weighed in on wednesday at 197lbs! Got my ass into gear the rest of the week to get back down and back on track.

Had a really good week, dropped down as low as 101.2kg (223.1lbs) yesterday but bounced back to 101.8kg (224.4lbs) this morning.
I've been using weekly averages so far though and will continue to do so, over the 7 days it comes out at 224.2 as above, so a reasonable result all told.

Guys, yesterday sucked. Took my 20 mo old to the Dr for his check up and shots. Everything was great until they couldn't find his left testicle. After warming him up and some manipulation the Dr could feel the bottom of it but it was too high. So now we get to schedule an ultrasound to check if it's ascended or atrophied. Both require surgery but the latter requires removal.
Good news was that both testicles were there later so now we are checking for size.
I work overnights so being up over 24 hrs, worrying about my son, plus he was miserable after his shots made for a very long day. I ate at McDonald's. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with no bun and a salad with Mandarin oranges.
Anyone know what kind of sauce they use on that one?___________________________________________________________________________

I started tracking my calories and macros again with the MyFitnessPal App - even though I had some days where I went way over my targets, I stuck with tracking and had a net loss for the week. I am grateful to the fellow members of this thread - I was tempted to cheat last night, but I was able to fight it off knowing that I would be reporting my weight here today.

20 month old or 2 month old or 2 year old? either way poor kid, Im sure its all fine doctors just make everything seem super serious, dont let that destroy your goal, if u dont have time to make food, buy a smoked chicken and just eat that "without the skin" keep us updated, and all the best to your son.

I know it’s easy to say when it’s not your kid but try not to worry about it. I actually work in surgery (more statistics and finance than the actual stuff thank god!) but you’d be amazed how common undescended/retractile testicles are. The hospital I work at gets through up to 100 orchidopexy operations a month so the surgeons will know exactly what they’re doing.
As for my week, so far so good but i’ve got to navigate the weekend with friends before weigh day, always the hardest part of the week.

20 months. It was supposed to be his 18mo check up but it got pushed out trying to schedule around the doctor's holiday vacation.
I'm a lot less worried now, after finally finding it. Dr is leaning towards retractile rather than atrophied which will usually fix itself. The ultrasound is on Tuesday which should give us a definitive answer.___________________________________________________________________________

Start weight, January 1: 179 lbs
Week 1, January 4: 177.4 lbs (-1.6 lbs)
Week 2, January 11: 176.2 lbs (-1.2 lbs)
Week 3, January 18: 176.2 lbs (0.00)
Goal weight: 168 lbs
No change this week, which I expected. Had a cheat meal on Friday, a few beers on Tuesday, and was a bit too relaxed with the cardio. Got a couple of nights out planned over the next week so going to have to really pick up the cardio this week.

Starting weight : 208 lbs
Goal weight : 190 lbs

Week 5: Friday 1st February
Week 6: Friday 8th February
Week 7: Friday 15th February
Week 8: Friday 22nd February
Weight continues to slowly decrease. My biggest win for this week was wearing clothes from months ago that were too tight, which are now more than comfortable.
Tracking progress in the mirror is what's motivating me; hoping to drop below 200 lbs soon and really kick it in high gear.

0,1 kg loss for me this week. There was social event last weekend and I could not resist eating those foods that were available and thus went over maintenance that day. That explains the weigh in. Now there is no social events or anything like that in the upcoming weeks, so I plan on staying strict with my eating.

Week 1: Friday 4th January 219.8
Week 2: Friday 11th January 217.2 (-2.6)
Week 3: Friday 18th January 217.8 (+0.6)
Obviously not happy with what the scale said, but I understand why. There were two nights I had snacked over maintenance and the night before I had dinner much later than usual (~7 hours before weigh in). I've struggled with self control when snacking for a while, will continue to work on it. This week will be attending a national conference from Wednesday-Saturday and I imagine this could pose an issue, we'll see.

Had my birthday dinner at Cracker Barrel yesterday. Outside of a good steak cracker barrel is my favorite place. Normally I get the roast beef with double mashed potatoes, gravy, and dumplings. So allll the fat starchy stuff. Topped with a sweet tea. Yesterday, I did a lot better trying not to completely derail my progress. Had the Haddock, green beans, boiled cabbage, and kale and brussel sprouts salad with coffee. I did have 3 bites of my sons potatoes. I tried to be good but he wasn't eating them and they kept calling my name. I didn't eat the whole dish so minor win.
I only went over my calories by a couple hundred for the day but the carbs were out of control. But who was ketosis? Lol
