    Long story short I've been swamped at work and have really let my fitness go a bit.SMH i've probably gone from 180 and lean to 195 with a gut. Need to get back down, and fast.

    So far so good. Sticking to around 1900 calories a day and i’ve got more running in than anticipated along with my regular workouts. A few more days until weigh day for me but can’t wait to see everyones week one weigh ins.

    Actually i started last friday, so its been a full week for me now.

    Starting weight: 260lbs
    Goal: 218lbs
    Aiming at 1900 cals a day - i estimated my daily equal to 2400 cals (average from 4 online calculators)
    So im not sure why its going this fast, but no problem for me.

    My average weigh in for this week is 195.4 I choose to do an average weigh after watching Gokuflex on Youtube and his many clients getting brilliant results through his coaching and diet advice which I have adopted. Happy with my start of a 1.6lb loss considering its been 5 days and only 2 workouts.

    1st of January I weighed in 99.5 kg (219.3 lbs) and today 97.4 kg (214.7 lbs). Before 10 day Christmas vacation my weight was fluctuating somewhere between 93 and 94 kg. So yeah, a bunch of water weight and also some fat gained during vacation. I did not expect my weight to go up that much during vacation, but it is what it is...

    So was out of town, today was my starting point.

    I feel like 15 lbs in 7 weeks isn't the most unreasonable goal as this next week if all goes according to plan I'll drop some water weight and glycogen, then from there aim for 1.5-2 lbs a week.

    I’m a bit late but Thanks or setting this up.... starting at 254.6 despite finishing the last one around 250, didn’t do well last time but determined t it the 240’s this time around. Good luck everyone
