I am yeah. I use MyFitnessPal and have kitchen scales to track every meal. I'm hoping today was just an off day and when I check again tomorrow I'll be a bit lighter. edit: It's only this week I'm annoyed about. The previous 2 weeks I had various nights out so consumed a lot of alcohol. None this week though

Kind of disappointed with only 1 lb loss per week for the past 2-3 months now; will have to evaluate my workouts and possibly increase cardio as my nutrition has been consistent for the past 6 months. 40 lbs loss in 7 months doesn't seem like a huge accomplishment, but will continue to monitor progress by mirror and not just the scale. Pants down from 38 to 34 so I can't really complain.

Week 4: 175.2 lbs due to buffet, and carb refeeding lol
Week 5: 174.9 lbs going down, slow and steady now
Week 6: 173.5 lbs (-1.4 lbs w00t!), ate about 6k cals tho Sunday lol
Week 7: 173.5 lbs, no change even after adding HIIT and more cardio. trying to meet potassium and fiber requirements upped my cals a bit this week (bananas, potatos, beans)

so I f'd off over the 4 day weekend.
I didn't eat chit food or binge eat but I didn't track.
Monday I ate one 600 calorie meal but had about 6 beers so i'm dropping the water weight still from the influx of carbs.
only down a lb so far.
going to take the dog for a walk on lunch and lift tonight so hopefully i'll get under 240lbs at least for tomorrows weigh in.
