    Any "set-time" on Fierce 5?

This is going to be my program(s) and I'm wondering how long should I run each? I know everyone is different and times may differ, but I'm curious on average what should be the "deadline" on each program? And as the thread's title states, I'm referring to the Fierce 5 beginner/intermediate and advance program.

I'm currently planning on running ""Novice" for about 18 months --Too Long? Too Short?-- "Intermediate Upper/Lower" 30 Months --Too Long? Too Short?-- and the the advance just run continuously.

Like I said I know no one can really predict on how long it will/should take to make gains and then stall just trying to get a general idea.
Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough. ...

No point planning it with the novice. The intermediate maybe some point in planning blocks with different variations to avoid repeated bout effevts. But deal with that when you get there

I wouldn't worry about advancing past the upper/lower. Very few people get past the intermediate stage.

I believe the original thread suggests moving to intermediate once you have stalled, deloaded and stalled again on multiple lifts. Basically, do novice as long as you continue to make progress on it. Which could be any number of months.

Novice for 6-12 months. It all depends on when you begin stalling. Stalling during cutting doesn't count.
