    Motivation in a nutshell

    So I figured out how to motivate myself to work out consistantly.

    If you want to make room in your life for something, you have to remove something first. Steps example:

    1. Quit an addiction or something you love. Get a gf and have her leave you and hate yourself

    2. Take advantage of a true loss and fill it up in the right moment 💪

    3. Working out becomes routine.

    Protip:
    there is no way to just “do” towards motivation without sheer detirmination. It should come naturally and you have to figure out how to let it come naturally. Some people are further away than others, but the trick is understanding that you won’t just wake up one day and decide to do something and then, you can take a true mental risk.

    Some people who have been working out for months or years might not actually be ready for intigrating work outs into their routine without a sheer mental strain. Quitting this site is probably something best for some of you.

    So...if the sole reason to get into a relationship is to get her to dump you, then you obviously wouldn't be committed enough to have feelings to end up hating yourself.
