    Whey or Beef Protein...????

    Hello everyone,,,
    I was reading on tiger fitness that beef protein uses all the throwaway parts of cows and such. I was wondering if this is true and how beef protein is different then Whey. I understand whey protein comes from milk but I was wondering if either is healthier?????

    ^^This. Something else they boast is that it naturally contains creatine. That said, Carnivore gave me crazy stomach issues, not to mention the fact that the dye made me chit weird colors.     In my opinion it doesn’t matter from which part of the carcass the beef took the protein.
    Beef protein is the best source of protein for athletes in terms of bioavailability, amino acid composition and absorption rate, which is comparable to whey isolate. Additionally enriched with natural creatine, which is found in meat. Does not contain lactose and gluten.

    If we're not talking about beef isolate or ISOBeef, but actual meat, then not really. In the context of a high protein diet of varied sources, protein is protein. That means none of those things actually matter.
