    Cool 190 lbs- only belly fat

    I’m 24 years old, 5’11 190lbs. I am defined everywhere except my stomach in which I have stubborn belly fat... I have tried freaking everything.. fat burners, calorific defecit, extra ab work, I try to do as much cardio as possible, I just can’t figure it out!!

    Anybody have any specific exercise/ tips in which they have been in the same situation, I would love to hear!!!

    You should be in a caloric deficit and weigh yourself each week - aiming to lose weight each week.

    You'll lose fat in a specific order which you can't change, so there's no direct way to burn it.

    ^This. ONLY a calorie deficit is going to work. Continue losing weight until it is gone. You can't spot reduce fat.
