I’m 24 years old, 5’11 190lbs. I am defined everywhere except my stomach in which I have stubborn belly fat... I have tried freaking everything.. fat burners, calorific defecit, extra ab work, I try to do as much cardio as possible, I just can’t figure it out!!
Anybody have any specific exercise/ tips in which they have been in the same situation, I would love to hear!!!
