I did this a couple nights ago. I'm switching over from atypical full body workouts to a push/pull split, that way if I do crap out after working all day I will have accomplished at least 4 of 5 of the conventional exercises throughout the week, maybe even get more training volume throughout the week by way of just hammering a muscle one day and another the next.
