using this thread as a bible in terms of my workouts, most importantly my calorie intake given this is my biggest let down.
I will weigh myself later in the week, as I like to weigh in on Wednesdays. But as a guess I will be around the 100kg mark. The goal here is to get to 90kg within 13 weeks. Why 13 weeks? 1 week to get back into the rigmarole of gym, eating right, and if I start before Christmas, hopefully it will restrict my calorie intake then!
