    Is my workout program alright?

    So for about a month now i've started to work out more seriously and I have made a program. So I wanted to know if I should change anything about it. I split up the muscles.

    Monday: Barbell Squat
    Legs/abs Romanian deadlift
    Leg extensions
    Calf press machine
    Sit ups
    Leg raise
    Tuesday:Rest/20-30 min walk.

    Wednesday Back/Biceps: Militarypress
    Dumbbell curl
    Wide Grip seated cable row
    Single arm dumbell row
    Side elbow plank
    Knee to elbow crunches
    Thursday:Rest/20-30 min walk

    Friday shoulders/legs: Side Lateral Raise
    Face pull
    Calf Raise
    Leg Curls
    Saturday:Rest/20-30 min walk

    Sunday Chest/triceps: Bench Press
    Triceps extensions
    Dumbbell flies
    Machine flies

    So yeah that's it i hope you guys can give some good feedback.
