    291.2(-0.6). Felt like I REALLY forced in those 2k calories yesterday. Think with the IF I may be able to mix in something along the lines of PSMF, though not every day.

    In hindsight maybe a bit too much protein. Will have to call this an experimental day.

    Just stopped by to say awesome job and keep pushing!

    I shed a ton of fat with Keto and am more of an advocate of the diet on here than most. Really helped me to adhere to things. Glad it's working for you.

    Thanks man. Yeah keto really helps suppress my appetite, which is still really bad at times. Had a bad binge last night late after work. Splurged on 1800ish calories of macademias. Note to self: Don't buy them again.

    Don’t beat yourself up over it. Pick up and move on. Not only is life too short sometimes, but more calories can do wonders on the mental after being in a deficit for so long. Just don’t make it too often of a habit if you want to continue losing at the rate you’d like.
