I'm grateful for...
The positivity in this thread. I've had an exhaustive go at everything lately and coming in here is what I needed.
On top of everything else I'm doing these days, I'm about half done with my training for Salesforce admin and developer. It's been a lot of working late and up reading early, burning the candle at both ends, but having a very solid plan b and something else to add to my resume, I'm motivated to keep going.
A half day meeting coming up today. Its going to be the slow paced change I need today.
My wife being super patient while I'm constantly on my laptop when I'm at home, for the last couple weeks. Im not one to come home from work and work, but she understands I'm trying to work on new things and shes having patience with my not-so-good attitude lately.
The large sushi dinner a couple teammates and I had last night. They wanted to have the "are we losing you" conversation, so figured the easiest way to get me to talking was with sushi. They were right.Grateful Crew - https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176582681

I am grateful:
- That my leg is healing! I’ll be back to light workouts by Monday! (I hope)
- That I have the foods available to me to change my diet. I experimented with a plant base diet (taking aminos and vitamins, making sure I get enough leucine) for two months and I’ve been easily injured multiple times. Might have been my intensity, my training, but the biggest change made was diet. Went almost a whole year with out injury.
- Chicken thighs, skin on, cooked with garlic, lemons and various herbs. So good.

Grateful for
-Fresh squeezed orange and tangerine juice. The juice is most definitely worth the squeeze.
-It’s starting to get lighter outside earlier in the morning. No more standing outside for the school bus in the dark.
-Tonight is the sock hop dance at the high school. Awesome to see my teen so excited to go. We got our petticoats fluffed and dresses ready to go. Can’t wait to get pictures of my daughter and her date/best friend.

Hola amigos...
Grateful for -
- CEO announced 3.63% bonus to be paid out on our next paycheck. Sweeeet.
- Cashed out my 2 lingering retirement accounts that were too troublesome to maintain. Received about $15k from both combined.
- Paid off my car.
- Have been consistent in my lifting this month and strict on my diet. Squat jumped to 100lbs, DL to 140lbs and bench is at 80ish lbs. This is huge since I've not consistently lifted in over a year. Feels good to be making progress. Goal is +~20 lbs to each lift by end of March.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lie.

Grateful for
-The rain that just started trickling down. I just hope our little hummingbird is ok. I’m quite fond of the little cutie.
-Our hummingbird has a little jellybean egg in her nest. She’s getting more comfortable with us as we come and go out our front door. Can’t wait to see the little baby when it hatches.
-Slept in till 8:30!!! Felt great!
Pic of our little friend.
