This is why total reps suck as a measure of volume.
Intensity matters. Below a certain threshold of intensity you have to push to failure to stimulate the same growth, above a certain threshold and all reps are stimulating growth.
Heavy sets of 5 are already doing as much, if not more than sets of 10. You don't need to increase the sets because you are only doing 5s...5 day full body crew
