3 months ago I felt terrible, weighed 284 pounds, and hated the way I looked in the mirror.
I decided to change my life. I downloaded my fitness pal, started watching a lot of YouTube videos on proper nutrition, reading a lot of stuff here, doing cardio daily and I’m now in week 5 of fierce 5.
Today I’m 5’ 11” 244!
These pictures are from 3 months of progress. The top pictures are when I started around the beginning of October, the middle pictures are November 15th and the bottom pictures are December 15th

Good work man! I love that most of it was self taught which is a higher discipline in itself! I would not post pictures of my face though but you've been here long enough to know that.
IDK if you noticed but you can literally see the confidence go up in yourself in the photos (showing more face, tucking chin less, improved facial hair) Keep it up manI know nothing factual but only tell the truth

Wow Man! This is pretty inspiring! I was 262 and change when I started, I’m down to 251 now. I’m starting to notice a difference even tho people say it’ll take a 4 week minimum before there is a change. Your pictures truly show how a little bit of hard work and dedication can make such a difference in a short period of time. If your like me, my measly 10lb (of which I’m proud of) has already changed how I feel both mentally and physically. More mobile, less pain, more driven. Let’s blow these goals down! Keep killing it man.
