OP, go pick a full body beginner PROVEN program from the stickies, and stop wasting your time.64

You're missing the point. My statement wasn't based just off this thread, it's based off all of them.
You're young and fired-up, we get it, and we've been there. What you don't seem to understand is you're wasting your time with all this bro-split crap. Go get on a full body 3x a week and forget the fluff and wondering why you're not progressing.
Keep your routine simple, and concentrate strictly on lifting and nutrition, period.64

Learn how to walk sideways like a crab, either people will only see your arms from the side and not notice thin from front, or they'll be so distracted by the crab walk they'll not be looking at your arms at all.
Whatever you do, Don't take BS57 advice... he's being plain sensible and very helpful (his advice works, where's the fun in that?)
Edit: No, this post isn't intended to summon rockcrab, we haven't got to that stage of programming, yet...

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
