I had to look up who Brad Pilon is.
Interesting stuff.
My "fasting" usually happens unintentionally - I will often go for 16-18 hours without a meal, simply because of my hectic schedule.
Yesterday, my fasting was intentional.
I actually set a timer and went for 24 hours.
I believe it was 23'49" but whatever
I like eating well but I also like going on an empty stomach for a big part of my day. I usually drink tea/coffee/bcaa during my morning/afternoon hours, so I feel no need for food.

Fasting in various forms has been a game-changer for me. I think one of the missing, or lost axioms to getting lean, and weight loss in general is the basic fact that we have to feel hunger at least for a little while. This is one of the many reasons I'm against the 7-10 meals per day. When I did that approach I was not only miserable, bloated much of the time, but also spinning my wheels in terms of progress. Great work in here as always!

I do rice eat it sometimes, along with other foods that I stayed away from before. Rice I don't like that much. This serving was 4-5 Tbsp with some sauce on it. Tasted decent.
Sriracha sauce is awesome.
I didn't get a third workout it last week, but we did take the kids sledding on Saturday, which mean one hour of going up and down a hill, pulling, pushing, falling, you name it. I was pretty sore at the end of it and we enjoyed it very much.
Three meals a day for me, tops.

Hi David.
Right now I am mostly eating intuitively.
We cook lots of homemade recipes and I’ve been missing out on some goodies that can’t be counted accurately, so yeah.
Had two large bowls of cabbage soup with chicken tonight that was just amazing. I could never count that accurately.
