The salad dressing is a good idea for me, because I eat 3-4 of those salads each week, so that'll be one good way to use that powder. Coffee in the morning as well, so yeah.
The Freedom Ice was part of a purchase along with other items. It was not a giveaway. I do take the time to write detailed reviews for the few giveaways I decide to participate in, but I don't always have the time to review items I pay for.
Some say Freedom Ice is right up there with Blood Orange.
For me, it is not, but it still tastes very good.
I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I like it a lot. I have a few scoops left in that tub.
The meatballs are beef.
They are a quick/convenient meal for me.
A bit high in calories if you ask me, but that's fine.
One serving is 90g and I usually go with two servings which is 180g.
That is like 460 calories for about 9 meatballs.
Meh ... kinda high, but I have this after a large salad and a couple cheese sticks, so I am already quite full.
I wouldn't go with this for a single meal choice.

Since I don't have access to free weights for now, I had to make good friends with BW exercises, my resistance bands, and yes, high reps
Better than no exercise at all.
I am focusing on nutrition 80% and exercise about 20%.

Had a session of to-failure push-ups
Mostly sets of 20 and then sets of 10
The last set, I literally fell on the ground and could not lift myself off of the ground ... talk about failure ... LOL
I had to slide up the windows in my classroom when the workout was done. I could barely get them to move. I got a very good workout. Did not use a Pre for this workout.

I am doing very well.
I am very busy, but I am doing well.
It's getting a bit difficult to come in and write my log in every day.
There also doesn't seem to be much interest in it, except for you and a couple other occasional people, so I am kind of logging on my own.
My nutrition doesn't change much from day to day (~2000cals) and my workouts are basic compound exercises at home. Nothing too exciting.
I will continue to push through and basically log on my own, but I don't know if it makes a whole lot of sense to log in here every day. If I change my mind, I can always get back in here and log my repetitive meals and boring workouts ... LOL
I was thinking to return to a gym membership.
That would change everything for sure!!!
I just don't have the 1-2 hours every other day to go to the gym.
Anyhow, I might check in here occasionally and write updates.
In the meantime, I'll try to check in with your log and see how you're doing.

I was referring more to daily posting/logging in here, not in general.
I am not giving up on being healthy. That's an ongoing goal.
I just find it hard to come in here daily and log things that don't change that much to begin with: same foods, same types of workouts, etc. I don't see how anyone reading these posts would benefit from reading such repetitive posts.
Like I stated above, if I get a gym membership at some point, my workouts would change considerably for sure ... then I'd have some variety to offer in my posts.
I won't "close" this log, and I may return occasionally to share updates. Maybe when the weather starts to cooperate I can add some outside workouts: jogging, etc.
At this point, I am eating ~2000 calories a day which is a bit under Maintenance, and doing 2-3 workouts a week using bodyweight compound exercises as well as resistance bands.
I appreciate your concern.

Ah, but you are teaching and others are learning. The hardest lesson many in fitness have to learn is that consistency is the key to success. I appreciate your logs, because they demonstrate creativity and consistency.Do you do things or eat things like I do? No, but you have discovered what works for you at this time in your life and you are consistent in performing them. Don't stop that.
