    Michael B Jordan workout and diet?

    Hi, i was wondering if anyone had the exact workout program of Michael B Jordan and macros?
    I was look at a video from BuzzFeed where someone trained with Jordans workout coach for 30 days. I would really like to try that program and food prep, but coudnt find anything of relevance on google.

    Any suggestions?

    I don't think it's a great idea to copy it - you're a different person.

    The program would be tailored to his experience and needs.

    Also, his macros and calories won't be the same for you.

    Pick a beginners program. Follow it for 30 days
    Read the nutrition stickies. Follow it for 30 days.
    Do some cardio in the morning. Follow it for 30 days.

    That will work better for you than some bogus routine that is written up for an article.

    The other suggestion would be, if you want to look like a boxer, join a competitive boxing gym and pay for coaching.

    Well since Rocky developed it...ask him?

    Or find the name of the trainer that set up his program and see if he will give it to you for free...

    Lol at people who automatically assume and make accusations that someone is on stuff just because they are above average compared to the average person. The limitations people believe you have as a natural is so far off it's ridiculous. I think more people hold themselves back because the fear of overtraining and thinking they can't achieve something because they are natural. Who gives a **** about being natural or not natural.     The OP didn't ask about beginner programs or workout advice he just asked for a link to someone else's program. Yes ideally he should follow a program that is geared towards his experience and goals but if he wants to try a program out just for the sake of seeing if he likes it, there's nothing wrong with that. No need start telling the OP he's a troll and **** just because he isn't taking advice that he DIDN'T ask for.

    If he wants to try out a program for the fun of it then that's his choice.

    I would do some research online and see if you can find anything. Obviously you want to find it from a reputable source as there can be BS stuff put up on the internet just for show.

    But as others have said, and I do agree with them on that part, his program is geared towards someone who is an elite professional athlete. Same with his macros. You cannot expect the same results. And you need to be careful that the workload isn't going to overtax you. Remember his full time job is to train.
