Current stats:
m / 26 yo / 170cm / 69.1 Kg / 15.7%(Fitbit scale, grain of salt, absolute number doesn't matter)
2014 is when I looked and felt my best. Approx 65-58 Kg, subtle six-pack definition.
2015 worked 12hr shifts, no more gym, beer and pizza incredibly frequently.
Early-2016 up to 75 Kg. Mid-2016 dropped to 68 Kg. New job, no more 12hr shifts, now Mon-Fri, 9-5.
Slow gain to Mid-2017 to 79 Kg.
Fall 2017 was a bit more serious about getting weight in order, dropped to 70 Kg by end of year.
Another slow gain to 74 Kg until November this year, when I'm again focusing on diet.
2018-11-26 Lifts
Squats - 255 lbs / 3x5
Bench - 200 lbs / 3x5
Deads - 325 lbs / 1x5
2018-11-28 Lifts
Squat - 260 lbs / 3x5
OHP - 125 lbs / 3x5
PowerCleans - 135 lbs / 5x3
Current goal weight is 65 Kg. Will adjust depending on how my composition is looking. The number itself doesn't matter, I'd just like to be lean again with visible abs. I believe I have the necessary lean mass to support the look, but we'll see as time goes.
I'm tracking calories and macros, ensuring to get adequate protein and fat. Mostly whole foods cooked myself. Not having huge hunger pangs.
I'm typically shooting for around 1,900 kcal daily. Fat: 61g Protein: 116g minimums.
Bacon, eggs, fibre1 cereal, and whey protein for breakfast.
Cheesestring, greek yogurt, banana, asian pear, clementines for snack during day.
Lunch will typically be leftovers from meals I made for supper.
Stuff like chicken thighs, salmon, sausage, chilli, meat maccaroni. Typically try to keep some distance from carbs, since my main goals are protein and fats, but nowhere near keto or carbs are the devil level. Just lower priority.
veggies include cucumber slices, spinach(in morning eggs), bell peppers pan-fried in coconut oil, broc**** raw or pan-fried, raw carrots, oven roasted red potatoes or sweet potatoes.
That's not a strict meal plan, just the generalization of how I like to eat.
I'll be logging my weight in this here log. I'd like to join in on the Fat Loss Challenge thread once the next one starts up in January 2019.
Daily weigh-in is in the morning after waking up and using toilet.

Yeah, over the holiday season I decided to not track calories and indulge in the desserts and alcohol. Now that the holidays are over, I'm tightening up the diet again. It's possible there was some muscle gain, as I do try to have enough protein regardless of circumstances.
I'm gonna cut to a lean amount of fat to be ready for summer, then maintain through summer, then get on that bulk/cut cycling.Good. - Jocko
