- When his was 3, his parents divorced
- Since then, his mother has chosen to dress James like a girl, and calls him by the name “Luna”
- She has enrolled him in school as a girl
- The teachers and administrators know he is a boy, but other parents and students are unaware
- He is undergoing "social transitioning therapy" to prepare him for chemical castration at age 8
- James’ father, Jeff, is fighting the Courts to protect his son all alone
- His mother has support from the State and financial backing from LGBT organizations
- The court is requiring Jeff to pay for his son's genital mutilation under threat of imprisonment and losing all contact
- Courts have found him guilty of abuse for dressing his son like a boy and teaching him religious views

Plenty of kids take medication that 'messed with their hormones' or hormone blockers for plenty of different reasons. There's not a lot of hoopla when teenage girls take hormones for acne and menstruation regulation, though for the record, I don't think that's healthy either.

To your second point, I think it's a little weird to move your entire family to another country because of an article posted on the misc that was less than truthful, but it's your family and your prerogative to do that. Frankly I see this stuff posted day in, day out on the misc, fact check it, and it's literally never, ever been the whole truth. It's kind of funny because I'm vehemently against allowing children to transition or make permanent decisions about their bodies, and feel the same way about adults making decisions for their children's bodies, but I think we can make our cases and be honest.

Assuming what I told you was true re the 76 genders thing, (ie not just the op) are you happy for those types of messages to be given to young children?
