Whats up yall i was just wondering what I should do if I can't do 90% of the chest exercises that I usually do.
I recently got bicep/shoulder tendonitis in both of my arms which makes any flies, dips, presses very painful, and I'm worried my chest is gonna slack behind everything else. What exercises should I do instead??
