Thermolife is owned by Ron Kramer so it's questionable imo. Not defending BPI because the studies are beyond my education level but I'm considering the source. This is at least the 3rd supp company he's gone after this year

Ron’s antics I fully understand. BUT, peptide bonding or Oligopeptides which was advertised as “Chromadex verified” now raises some serious claims.

There’s false advertisement and then there’s this.

Lawsuits like this, if successful, opens the door to retailers being able to go after company for reimbursement due to selling something which was basically BS.

those retailers turned a profit on those supps, not sure what the reimbursement would be, other that existing inventory... more like a consumer class action lawsuit

Well yes, class action too. This could be a mess. Retailers are under assumption what they’re selling is what’s labeled. They in turn can go after company for what was sold AND remaining inventory.

These types of lawsuits can bankrupt companies not big enough to handle the payouts. Not to mention if a certain online retailer (begins with an A) suddenly banishes your products.
