I fully believed that they were being told we're working on it while they were figuring out their real response. Poorly handled? Absolutely. Were they hiding something? Possibly, or even probably.

There was a conflict of interest regardless of ChromaDex's reputation. That's always an issue.

Meanwhile, the reality was that I was relaying everything that could be relayed and we were working hard 24/7 to address any potential issue. When you're in the public eye, there's nothing you can do to come out looking like the good guy while you're in the thick of an issue.
