    Is 170g of protein, 220g carbs and 3200 calories enough?

    I am 73kg (161 pounds) Bulking
    i have a lot of fat a bit over 120g, I eat clean

    150g of protein my bad wont let me edit title

    You'll have to experiment with the calories. Gain 0.5-1lb per week if you're doing it lean.

    my body doesnt seem to want to gain any more weight should i up calories by having some peanut butter or more carbs?

    1 lb per week is not lean. 0.5 per week can be.

    That can be way too much. Keep an eye on your waist measurement. If that is going up you're adding fat. An inch is about 5-7 lbs of fat for most guys. so if you gained 10 lbs and your waist went up an inch you're taking in too many calories if you're more towards the 7 lb number.

    Muscle gain will be determined by how good your training program is. You don't need many extra calories
