That can be way too much. Keep an eye on your waist measurement. If that is going up you're adding fat. An inch is about 5-7 lbs of fat for most guys. so if you gained 10 lbs and your waist went up an inch you're taking in too many calories if you're more towards the 7 lb number.
Muscle gain will be determined by how good your training program is. You don't need many extra caloriesIf you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
