    Calories Burned vs Calories Gained

If I decide to eat 2000 calories a day to gain weight and build muscle while also doing cardio exercises to lose some body fat on my lower body and I lose 350 calories a day from that cardio, should I be eating 2350 calories?

Yes, but cardio won't burn fat unless you're in a deficit. Also, you can't spot reduce fat (meaning you can't target just lower body).

And, unless it's an example, 2000 calories is likely too little to gain mass.

Find the two things you got wrong here. If you can correct your misinformation i'll rep. If you can't, i'll neg.

1 - Cardio burns calories, not fat directly.

2 - 2,000 calories might be enough to gain mass for someone with OP's stats.
