hey my program is
day1:chest shoulders and tricep -bench press 5 sets - dumpple press 3 sets -over head press 3 sets -pec dec 3 sets- lateral raises 3 sets- tricep push down 3 sets- Triceps Overhead Extension 3 sets

day2:3 sets lat pull down- 3 sets pull up- 3 sets t bar row -3sets bent over barbellrow-3sets dumpple row- barbell bicep curl 3sets

day3 :rest
day 4:5 sets squat -3sets romanian deadlift- 3sets walking lung- 3sets leg extension -3 sets hamstring curls -3 sets calf raises

day6: same as day 2
am i over training cause alot of duds
Laughing on my program and tell me its overtraining
my lift got up on bench squat and over head press

Over training? No. Don't ever worry about overtraining, its damn near impossible to achieve. Should be training your legs twice a week like everything else though.
Bench: 365
Squat: 495
Deadlift: 535
