As picture attached, my chest is lagging in circle area, been trying to research what exercise is good for that, but not sure if it is called upper chest, or just an upper part of the middle chest, any exercise is recommended to activate that part of chest to grow?
The farther you can bring your upper arms inward under tension without collapsing the torso(keep it arched up)the more tension you will put on the inner most areas of the chest.
I would also recommend a hold/squeeze for a few seconds on every rep.
This is not an area thats easy to activate you need to really be focused on it.
If your not feeling it you need to change your technique or move on to another movement.
Cable fly give full tension inward if done right.
If you do them wrong you'll get less tension.
Arms must be slightly bent and kept that way throughout the rep.
A fairly good inner chest activator is the crush press with dumbbells (the hex shaped ones work the best).
Holding the DB's together and pushing inward while pressing on a flat or low incline will certainly give you stimulation inside.
Dont let up on the tension up or down on your set.
It's almost like flexing through the entire set while your moving.
These can be done on a swiss bar also.
