    Because some people need realistic goals to achieve. Have you ever worked for a business that believed in setting goals you could never achieve? Pretty frustrating.

    Imagine I am trying to increase my vertical jump. Here are a bunch of dudes claiming a 45" vertical. I buy their training programs, the supplements they are hawking, and sub on youtube.

    After a chit ton of work I am stuck at 28 and get frustrated. Later I find out that all of these guys were using trampolines. No big deal. Live and learn...

    Well those people and there followers try to convince MORE people to buy into their BS. Often their BS actually prevents them from getting a good training program and a more realistic 32" vertical.
