Hey guys I have been working out a while and have gained a decent amount of muscle and a little fat.. I was wondering if you guys though that I should do a small cut and then bulk up, or keep bulking and then cut before I go on spring break (middle of March). I am 18 years old and am 5'11" and weigh 181 pounds. I provided a pic of me in the morning and at night when I'm full and bloated.

My end goal is to be 200 pounds lean but I know that will take a long time

You should cut. Lucky for you, your goal is actually kinda reasonable and obtainable for someone your size.
