Hey guys, I was taking the curse supplement for about 2-3 months then I had a car accident and haven't been to the gym since then, it's been like 4-6 months probably. It was my first time taking a pre workout supplement, and I just came back to the gym, my question is, can I start taking the curse right away or should I wait some time until I can start taking it again?. I'm not very knowledgeable about this, will really appreciate some advice, thanks.

I don’t see why not. Try a scoop before. It’s only 155mg of caffeine per scoop which isn’t much.
Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

If you're that worried, just start out with a half scoop and guage the effects. If you can handle it, work your way up until you're at your pre-workout comfort level. Pretty straightforward, I think.

Or if you're my buddy, you'll immediately double scoop hi tec mesomorph the first time you try it, claw your face off due to 8gr of beta alanine, then spend the next 5 hours alternating between wanting to lift ALL OF IT, throw up and die, and sleep.
