I'm on my 2nd tub of the PB Cookie and really enjoying it and the C&C has also been very enjoyable
and I haven't opened the Choc yet cause I had a couple of other choc tubs opened but I just finished
one of the open ones so I will crack open the Muscle Beach Choc this week so after I have it a few
times I'll update with some feedback on the flavor sometime next week.

I cracked open the Choc flavor about 10 days ago and I guess I saved the BEST for last
cause I'm loving this choc and I'm a huge choc fan but I prefer dark choc over milk choc
but this has a richness to it that wins for me.
Mix Ability- 10/10- This is a multi blend but I have had NO issues with the mixability and
that goes for the other flavors as well. This mixes creamy with barely any foam and no
particles or floaters each and every time I consumed it in a shake and the texture is just
perfect with just right amount of thickness so you feel like your actually drinking a shake
and not some thin watery shake.
Taste- 10/10- I mentioned I'm more of a dark choc fan and two of my favorite choc proteins
that I've tried has to be Cellucor Choc Molten for a whey protein and JYM gainer in choc was
outstanding in choc flavor. This Choc from Muscle Beach is a milk choc but more on the dark
side with just the right amount of sweetness and flavor without being overly sweet or bitter.
It's just super delicious each time I've consumed either in a shake, overnight proats, mixed in
yogurt, cottage cheese, and in recipes. If your a choc fan I honestly can't see anyone not
liking this flavor cause as I mentioned it's not overly sweet or bitter and it has just the right
amount of rich creamy choc flavor that sets it apart from some of the basic choc flavored
proteins on the market.
Overall I have been enjoying ALL the flavors that I purchased from Muscle Beach and the
only one I didn't pick up was the vanilla but if I ever see that buy one get one free deal
again in the future I most definitely will pick up the vanilla to try but of course I will pick
up a tub of each of the flavors that I have on hand now and the C&C has gotten even
better as I consumed it even more in a shake and it's fabulous mixed with PB and put
in the freezer as a frozen protein pudding and I think I'll make that one today.

If they do a buy one get one promo again I STRONGLY recommend grabbing the choc and
I'd say grab the PB Cookie and the C&C cause they are all enjoyable The only flavor I haven't
tried is the vanilla but if that promo happens I just might grab the vanilla
I had to make me a cake with this tasty choc and of course I frosted it.

Ingredients
1- 3/4 cup of oat powder
2- 2 70cc scoops of Muscle Beach Choc
3- 1 tsp of baking powder
4- 3/4 tsp of baking soda
5- 2 tbs of 100% cacao powder
6- 1 bar of 72% dark cacao 1.65oz bar cut up into tiny pieces Trader Joe Brand
7- 24 dark choc chips which you save for the last ingredient to add
8- 3 tbs of canned pumpkin
9- 2 egg whites
10- 3 tbs of nonfat plain yogurt
11- 2-3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly,
then spoon the batter into a 8in square pan that has been coated with non
stick spray. When all the batter is in the pan slowly using the point of a knife
pop in the dark 24 chips spacing them out so that you get 4 even rows of 6
chips and that gives these brownies and even richer choc flavor when you bite
into them.
Place the pan into a 325 degree preheated oven for about 25 to 28 min and when
done remove and let cool completely before cutting into squares.Last edited by superhuman67; 05-28-2019 at 09:12 AM.

I just finished my last couple scoops of the choc so I'm through with all 4 tubs of this protein
and I WOULD grab all the flavors again in the future if I caught them on a bogo of buy one get
one free like I got them when I caught the deal last year but I haven't seen that deal on this
protein since last year.
With my last scoops of choc I whipped up a batch of choc frosted doughnut's and some are
frosted with choc sprinkles.

4- 1 tbs of 100% coco powder
5- 1 heaping tbs of canned pumpkin
6- 1 tsp of van liquid extract
7- 1 whole egg
In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet and combine
thoroughly. Carefully spoon the batter onto a doughnut pan that has been

that's up to you and I went with dark choc sprinkles for 3 of the doughnuts.Last edited by superhuman67; 07-13-2019 at 06:52 AM.

I just went to the bb.com store to purchase a few 4lb tubs of this protein for their Cyber Mon sale
and EVERY flavor is SOLD OUT so it looks like people who peeped into this review took my advice
and JUMPED all over this protein when it went on a good sale and I don't think anyone will be disappointed
when they taste the flavors and how well it mixes. Now I have to wait for my order to hopefully get
filled since it's on back order.
