genetics, leverages, gear, hard work and discipline

incredible feat of strength. most 225lb guys wont hit this simply because they dont train specifically for powerlifting or train for long uninterrupted periods of time, not that it cant be done per se

The gear comment is a solid cope but she is USADA tested often. I know people will discredit someone that does this well but it's silly.

What am I to address? You are saying she isn't natty and I'm saying she is tested and competes at a high level. The juniors WR IPF squat is 578 from what I found. YOu just said that elite at that level is 300 which is incorrect.
