other than chitting yourself? probably not.
one thing that people don't understand is that while there is oxidative stress (above a particular threshold it's bad), but there's also reductive stress if you go nuts with antioxidants like opie
the study i read showed maximum benefit being achieved by 200mg per day.
it's pretty wild just how few animals do not create vitamin C endogenously. it's like 1 fruit bat, 1 mole and the great apes. obviously we evolved to compensate for that with elevated uric acid levels.Make Europe Germany Again
