I worked out several days ago. And now i still have severe cramps. I can strecth my leg out and it will lock out. Same as my arms, i can straighten my arm and it will locked out. I been taking protein shakes and drinking water. Still same issues. Any suggestions. I also have this issue when im working out. My arms will lock out. I do take c4 before working out
Is this a one time thing or does it happen repeatedly? Is your urine brown at all?
Please post your routine. You are either training with too much volume, too much frequency, too much emphasis on eccentrics, or perhaps you have an actual medical issue. How long has this been happening? How many hours after a workout are you most sore?
Also plug in your diet to cronometer.com and see if you are significantly deficient in anything.
