It's apparently in some protein powders but i don't believe it. I think if it is it's exaggerated and there is barely any in there. Nothing is as good as steak, pork chops and fish. It's also in some cheese and eggs.

Anyone who substitute solid protien sources with whey is pretty clueless. Other than fast absorption and ive heard that's noe been debunked ..whey to be is a convenience and best used if yiu are on the go or just need to get those last few grams in
