Creatine And Alcohol Mix?
Seen this question on the forum before but everyone seems to be answering differently.
I’m a weekend warrior and drink Friday and Saturday (in college). That being said, I just began taking 5mg creatine a day in pill form and see that it dehydrates the crap out of you...should I just skip the creatine on weekends when I’m drinking and (usually) hungover?
And no, I don’t need advice on quitting drinking. I only drink on the weekends lol.

Should be fine. It's never caused a problem for me or people I know.
Drink lots of water in the morning and you should be fine.

You can drink some water if you're concerned about the mix dehydrating you.

Here's a wild idea if you're worried about dehydration: hydrate.

Creative doesn’t dehydrate you. It adds water to the muscle so of course you need more water in your body for healthy organ function. Alcohol actually dehydrated you so it would be pointless to do both s d probably unhealthy
